A training academy built like a workplace.
Our job is getting life-science graduates into clinical data management roles properly prepared — not broadly educated, not certified on paper, but able to do the work and explain it. So we stopped running the programme like a course and started running it like a project.
Why we exist
Most training stops at slides
Thousands of pharmacy and life-science graduates finish their degree each year without a clear route into the pharmaceutical industry. Clinical data management is one of the genuine doors — it hires freshers, the skills are learnable, and the career ladder is real.
The problem is that most training stops at slides. A candidate who can define a query but has never written one does not get the offer. So our programme is built around doing the work: designing forms, writing checks, chasing discrepancies, coding terms, reconciling data, and taking a study all the way to lock.
Then we went a step further. Concepts alone were never the gap — the gap was that nothing in a normal course looks like a working day. So students work inside a structured, work-style environment: a simulated role on a study, tasks assigned with deadlines, deliverables in a required format, and a written review on every submission. Make the mistakes here, where the only cost is doing it again properly.
We are also honest about the parts that are unglamorous. Data management involves detail, documentation and patience. We would rather you know that before you enrol than after.

Small batches
Limited seats, so every student gets time for doubts. A lecture hall does not teach query writing.
Assigned work, then review
Every module hands you a task with a deliverable and a deadline, and every deliverable comes back with written comments to act on.
Everything recorded
Miss a session, or revise the night before an interview — the recordings stay with you.
Doubts between sessions

We won't
Quote you a salary figure, promise a trainee production access to a sponsor's live study, or pretend this is an easy field. Placement assistance we give every student; those three nobody can give.
